  ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

see 2 antibodies below
Rabbit anti-G6PD (G6PD)   Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase   Human/Mouse

cat# RDI-G6PDHabrX    $438.00

Presentation: 100ug in 0.1ml (1mg/ml) Tris- citrate/phosphate pH7-8 with 0.1% sodium azide (peptide affinity purified)

-at first use, tighten cap, centrifuge 1 minute 1000rpm to concentrate antibody in vial

Immunogen: synthetic peptide which represented a portion of human Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase encoded in part by exon 6 and in part by exon 7 (LocusLink ID 2539)

Reactivity: Human, Mouse (others not tested)

Use: Western blot (approx 1ug-0.1ug/ml)

-band approx 55kda using human umbilical vein endothelial cell or mouse macrophage cell lysates. recommend loading 25-50ug/lane initally of lystaes, antibody 1ug/ml with chemiluminescence detection.

see cell lysates     http://www.researchd.com/controls/lysates.htm

       -Immunoprecipitation: 2 to 10ul/gram lystae

-histochemistry:not tested, would recommend acetone fixed frozen sections or pfa fixed/0.5%triton permeabilized sections, titrate antibody from 10ug/ml with ABC/DAB detection systems.

Storage: 2-8 DEG C

For Research Use Only-Not for use in or on humans or animals, not for use in diagnostics.
