ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
Catalog#: RDI-G3PDHabG $406.00/vial
Also available HRP conjugated: cat#RDI-G3PDH-HRP $406.00/20mg vial
Biotin conjugated cat#RDI-G3PDH-BT $406.00/10mg vial
Size: 50 mg (lyophilized)
Antibody Concentration: 10.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,pH 7.2

Stablizer: None
Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide
Antigen: rabbit muscle.
Applications: suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot) or ELISA
(approx 1:20K dilution)
Reactivity: This polyclonal antibody reacts with the enzyme glycerol-3-phosphate
dehydrogenase from rabbit muscle showing a 78kda band under non-reducing
conditions of SDS-Page. Reactivity with the enzyme from other sources is
unknown, but liley due to the polyclonal nature of this antibody. Glycerol-3-
phophate dehydrogenase is useful for the determination of glycerol in clinical
analysis, Elisa and immunoblotting.
Recommended Dilutions: Not determined. Optimal titers for applications should
be determined by the researcher.
Storage Conditions: Store vial at 4'C prior to restoration. Re-store with
5.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). Centrifuge product if not completely
clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several
weeks at 4'C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20'C or below. Avoid
cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1)year from date
of reconstituion.
Purity and Specificity: This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified
from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation,
salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive
dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by mmunoelectrophoresis resulted
in a single precipitin arc against anti- Goat Serum as well as purified and
partially purified Glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase. Cross reactivity against
other sources are unknown.|
Precautions: For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans
or animals or for diagnostics.
