Specificity: monospecific by IEP and ELISA. NO CROSS observed with von Willebrand Factor.
Titer: must be determined with each method
Application: immunoassays of factor VIII:C and Factor
VIII:C vWF complex and in neutralization studies where antibodies are required
to inhibit the activity of factor VIII.
Storage: Store at -20 DEG C or lower. AVOID FREQUENT FREEZE THAW CYCLES. Do not freeze diluted antibody.
