Specificity: The antibody recognises the C-terminal region of all endothelins (amino acid residues 15-21) when used as a capture antibody in IRMA assays. The antibody does not cross-react with "big" endothelin.
APPLICATIONS
*Development of IRMA assays for ET-1 (CBL 85) and ET-3 (CBL 86)
*Suitable for immunocytochemistry on frozen sections
PRESENTATION
The monoclonal is presented at a concentration of 1mg in phosphate buffered saline containing 10mM sodium azide. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.
STORAGE For use within 1 month of purchase store at +4oC, for long term storage aliquot antibody into small volumes and store at -20oC.
