RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

PRODUCT CODE             RDI-CBL276        $375.00

CLONE                              RFD1

ISOTYPE                           IgM

FUSION PARTNER          NS1 myeloma cell line.

SOURCE                           Tissue culture supernatent

PURIFICATION METHOD     IgM affinity chromatography

SPECIFICITY The antibody recognizes an epitope within the MHC class II complex. On normal tissue sections the positive populations stained are dendritic cells and a proportion of B lymphocytes. The epitope recognized by RFD1 is co-expressed with RFD7 by a subset of cells that demonstrate suppressive activity toward T cell stimulation. The antibody is non-reactive with monocytes and granulocytes.

APPLICATIONS * Immunohistochemical staining of frozen section.

PRESENTATION The monoclonal is presented at a concentration of 200µg/2ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 10mM sodium azide and 1mg/ml bovine serum albumin. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.

STORAGE For use within 1 month of purchase store at +4oC, for long term storage aliquot antibody into small volumes and store at -20oC.
