ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
ANTI-RNA POLYMERASE II & related transciption antibodies
NOTE: The subclone of master clone ARNA3 is now available. As you may have
been aware, the original cell line producing clone ARNA3 itself was destroyed
last year but a subclone was able to be made from the same cell line. This
new line is now available and we are accepting orders again for this product.
ANTI-RNA POLYMERASE II
ANTIBODY TO: HUMAN RNA POLYMERASE II

Mouse anti-TBP Monoclonal ab
cat# RDI-TBPFabm $375.00/vial 50ug
RDI-TBPFamb-1 $625.00/vial 150ug
Background: Originally identified as the DNA-binding subunit of the general
transcription factor TFIID, the TATA box-binding protein (TBP) is found in
the cell complexed with several different sets of TBP associated proteins
(TAFs). Several human general transcription factors including IIA, IIb, IID
bind directly to TBP and modulate transcription initiation by RNA Polymerase
II. In general, each TBP-TAF complex is dedicated to transcription by single
RNA polymerase. transcription complexes such as SL1, TFIID and TFIIID are
required for transcription by RNA polymerases I, II and III respectively.
isotype: mIgG1
package: 50ug or 150ug
antigen: full length human TBP protein
Use: Suitable for western blot on human and mouse (other species not
tested). Major band at Mw 37 kDa. Use RSV-3T3 as a positive control.
Approx starting dilution 1:250.
Storage: Store at -20 DEG C upon receipt. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
Recommend aliquoting. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
