  ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

ANTI-COMPLEMENT C3b-beta  (clone H11)

see also anti-C3A,  anti-C3B-Alpha,  anti-C3b-Beta  , anti-C5, and anti-C5B neoepitope

MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY TO COMPLEMENT C3b-BETA

cat#RDI-PRO61020    $375.00/50ug vial

cat#RDI-PRO61020X  $3125.00/1mg vial (NO BSA added)

Clone Determination                    H 11

Category                                      Mouse monoclonal

Immunoglobulin Class                  IgG1

Purification                                   SpAss-Protein A (recombinant)

Antigen                                          Human complement component C3

Specificity                                      H 11 allows demonstration of C3b deposits in tissue, on cells, on microorganisms and in immune complexes. It does not react with C3a or C3d ;it inhibits hemolytic function of C3

Application Suitable for               frozen tissue

                                                      Immunoblotting (Western)

Stability at 4°C                            one year after reconstitution

Quantity                                        50 µg (lyoph.) with 0.5% BSA & 0.09% azide

Polypeptide Reacting                     C3b- beta-chain

Antigen Recognized in                  Human

Species (tested so far)

Process Specifically Detected Detection of C3b deposits in tissue, on cells, on microorganisms and in immune complexes. It should be used with positive control anti-C3b-a (H206) and negative control anti-C3a (H13). Activated, deposited C3b bears C3b-alpha and Beta, but no longer C3a. Ubiquitous or nonspecifically absorbed C3 is still C3a positive with H13.

Working Dilution                         When reconstituted with 1ml distilled water, dilute further 1:10

Incubation Time                           1h at RT
