These clones have been derived from hybridization of SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with CA125 antigen purified from human ovarian carcinoma (MW more than 1 million Da)

Reactivity: Clones X52, X75, X325 - epitope specificity group B (ISOBM classification) similar to M-11, clone X306 - epitope specificity group A (ISOBM classification) similar to OC125

isotype: mouse IgG1 all clones

Application: Detection of CA125 antigen.
