Description: DIABLO (direct IAP binding protein with low pI) is a novel protein that can bind mammalian IAP homolog A (MIHA, also known as XIAP), and can also interact with MIHB and MIHC and the baculoviral IAP, OpIAP. DIABLO may promote apoptosis by binding to IAPs and preventing them from inhibiting caspases.

Host Species: Rabbit

Specificity: Reacts with the C terminus of the human DIABLO protein.

Applications: Western blot - Use at 1:500 to 1:1,000 dilution. However, the investigator should determine the optimal dilution for a specific   application such as immunohistochemistry.

Format: Affinity purified IgG

Storage: Maintain at +2-8°C for 3 months or at -20°C for longer periods. Stable for 1 year. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
