ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
cat# RDI-AGTRPabGX $438.00/50ug (50ul)
RDI-AGTRPabGX1 $750.00/100ug (100ul)
Presentation: affinity purifed goat IgG in phosphatebuffered saline (PBS)
IgG: Goat IgG
Reactivity: Human
Immunogen: Recombinant human Agouti-Related Protein.
Format: Liquid 1 mg/ ml
Applications: Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml
Western Blot: 0.1 - 0.2 µg/mL Only tested for Western using recombinant
ELISA: 0.5-1 µg/mL
Dilutions listed as a recommendation. Optimal dilution should be determined by investigator.
Storage: Antibodies are stable for six months from date of receipt when stored at -20 ° C to -70 ° C.The antibody can be stored at 2 ° - 8 ° C for 1 month without detectable loss of activity.Upon receipt, antibody should be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20 ° C to -70 ° C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid repeated freeze?thaw cycles.
Notes: For western blot analysis, the antibody can be used at 0.1 -secondary reagents to detect recombinant human Agouti-Related Protein. The detection limit for recombinant human Agouti-Related Protein is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing condiitons For immunohistochemistry, the antibody will detect human Agouti-Related Protein in paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The working dilution after antigen retrieval is 5 - 15 µg/mL

IgG: Goat IgG
Reactivity: Rat,mouse
Immunogen: Recombinant mouse Agouti-Related Protein.
Format: Liquid 1 mg/ ml
Applications: Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml
Immunocytochemistry: 15ug/ml
Western Blot: 0.1 - 0.2 µg/mL Only tested for Western using recombinant
ELISA: 0.5-1 µg/mL
Dilutions listed as a recommendation. Optimal dilution should be determined by investigator.

Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
Notes: Western Blot: Only tested for Western using recombinant mouse Agouti-Related Protein
Antiserum was used on fixed tissue. This antibody can be used with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Agouti-Related Protein on tissues dissected from animals that were fixed by vascular perfusion with 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS (pH 7.4) and followed by perfusion with a 10% sucrose solution in 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 7.2).
