ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

"isolation of lymph endothelial cells (LEC) from dermal skin capillary ECs"
Cat#RDI-101M40X $565.00/100ug
Description: Monoclonals were produced with the help of BALB/c mice using MDCK cells stably expressing gp36 (podoplanin) protein as the immunizing antigen. The mouse antibody (18H5) from hybridomas was purified from cell culture supernatant by Protein G chromatography.
Host species Mouse
Antigen: gp36 (podoplanin)-expressing MDCK cells
Purification: Protein G chromatography
Stabilizer: none
Buffer: PBS pH 7.4 w/o preservative
Formulation: lyophilized
Reconstitution: The lyophilized IgG is stable at 4°C. for at least one month and for more than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of >0.5 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4°C in the presence of a preservative. Recommend adding 0.1-1% BSA or other carrier to dilutions and addition of 0.05% sodium azide or other suitable preservative (if suitable for your use) Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquotted and stored at - 20°C to -70°C for at least 6 months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Applications
Western Analysis: Use at a concentration of 1-2 µg/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents.
Immuofluorescence: Use at a concentration of 1-2 µg with the appropriate secondary reagents.
FACS analysis and cell sorting: Use at 3-20 µg/ml together with the appropriate secondary reagents
Immunohistochemistry: Use at 6-30 µg/ml.
-Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
Usage: Anti-human Podoplanin is offered for research use. Not for drug use. Not for human use.

Cat#RDI-102PA40 $345.00/100ug
Cat#RDI-102PA40X $562.00/200ug
Description: Produced from sera of rabbits immu nised with the recombinant
ectodomain of Podoplanin (gp36). Podoplanin is a highhly O-glycosylated integral
membrane protein that is specifically expressed in the endothelium of lymphatic
capillaries but not in the blood vasculature. In normal skin and kidney,
podoplanin colocalized with VEGFR-3/FLT-4, another marker for lymphatic
endothelial cells.
Host species: Rabbit
Antigen: Recombinant ectodomain of human gp36 (podoplanin)
Purification: Protein A chromatography
Stabilizer: none
Buffer: lyophilized from PBS, pH 7.4 w/o preservative
Formulation: lyophilized rabbit IgG
Reconstitution: The lyophilized IgG is stable at 4°C. for at least one
month and for more than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted
in sterile water to a concentration of >0.5 mg/ml the antibody is stable
for at least six weeks at 2-4°C in the presence of a preservative.
Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquotted and stored at - 20°C to
-70°C for at least 6 months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid
repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Applications
Immunoprecipitation: For IP, the antibody should be used at a concentration of 2-4 µg/sample.
Western Analysis: For Western blot analysis, the antibody should be used at a concentration of 1-2 µg/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents.
Immuofluorescence: For immunofluorescence, the antibody should be used at a concentration of 1-2 µg.
Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.

Cat#RDI-103M40X $440.00/vial 100ug
Description: Monoclonals were produced by immunizing Syrian hamsters with a murine thymic stromal cell line. This antibody recognizes mouse podoplanin. Hamster IgG antibody from hybridomas was purified from cell culture supernatant by Protein G chromatography.
Host species Syrian Hamster
Purification: Protein G chromatography
Stabilizer: none
Buffer: PBS pH 7.4 w/o preservative
Formulation: lyophilized
Reconstitution: When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4°C.
Stability: The lyophilized antibody, thought stable at room temperature, is best stored desiccated below 0°C. Reconstituted antibody is stable at 4°C for >one month or can be stored in working aliquots at -20°C for more than six months.
Cross-Reactivity: The antibody does not cross-react with human podoplanin. Other species not tested.
Specificity: The monoclonal antibody will detect podoplanin on the surface of mouse lymphatic endothelial cells and some epithelial cell types by immunostaining or immunohistochemistry. It works well with paraffin sections. The antibody will detect a 36-40 kDa band in Western blotting. It also works with immunoprecipitation.
Immunostaining/Immunohistochemistry: Use diluted 1-10 µg/ml IgG
Western blotting: Use 1-10 µg/ml IgG
Immunoprecipitation: For IP use 1-5 µg IgG per 1 ml lysate or reaction volume.
Usage: For Research Use Only-not for use in or on humans or animals
