ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

Product Specification: mouse monoclonal anti-HLA-Dr,conjugated to Fluorescein

Specificity:

Cell type: Haemopoietic precursor cells,B-cells, activated T- cells, monocytic cells and macrophages.

Ag.MW.: 29 and 34 kD.

Reactivity: The monoclonal antibody is directed against the HLA -Dr-antigen of human B lymphocytes. The antibody reacts with the cells of the monocytic lineage, with myeloblasts and promyelocytes and the cells of B lymphocyte lineage. Polymorphonuclear leukocytes and platelets are found negative.

Application: Enumeration of B-cells and monocytes in peripheral blood. Study of the expression of Dr-antigen on activated T-cells.

Methods: Direct immunofluorescence staining with analysis by FACS or fluorescence microscopy.
