SPECIFICITY
This antibody is specific for the monomorphic determinant of the HLA Class II beta chains of the human MHC (28 kDa). The antigen is normally expressed on human B lymphocytes, monocytes/macrophages, activated T lymphocytes, tumour cells of B origin, B cell areas of lymphoid tissue and endothelial cells.
APPLICATIONS
*Identification of B lymphocytes and cells of monocyte/ macrophage lineage
*Leukaemia and lymphoma phenotyping
*Identification of normal and malignant B lymphocytes in sections of frozen tissue and in formalin fixed wax embedded tissue
PRESENTATION The monoclonal is presented at a concentration of 200µg/2ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 10mM sodium azide and 1mg/ml bovine serum albumin. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.
STORAGE For use within 1 month of purchase store at +4oC, for long term storage aliquot antibody into small volumes and store at -20oC.
