RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. NAME FOR PRODUCT : MARM-7 MONO Ab

REACTIVITY: Rat mu heavy chain of immunoglobulin (determined by immunodot)

MARM-7 and MARM-4 do not bind to the same epitope of the rat mu heavy chains.

MARM-4 and MARM-7 label the same percentage of IgM rat splenocytes by fluorocytometric analyses.

AVIDITY: on rat IgM: 1.1 x 109 M-1 Cf. avidity sheet, for more details.

APPLICATIONS : Cf REACTIVITY

- CAPTURE ELISA: GOOD BINDING ON PLASTICS

- CAN BE USED AS SECOND ANTIBODY IN IMMUNOASSAYS

- CAN BE USED IN IMMUNOAFFINITY CHROMATOGRAPHY for purification of rat IgM (Solid phase Sepharose 4B CNBr act.)


LYOPHILIZATION: not tested
