packaging: 1mg of purified antibody in PBS, pH 7.4,
containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at 4 DEG C.
Purification: Protein A sepharose. Purity tested by electrophoresis.
Clones(isotype) D6C4 (mIgG1 kappa)
D3E7 (mIgG1 kappa)
Specificity: -Both clones ar directed to different antigenic determinants.
-Kd for clone D6C4 is 8.1 X 10 E-08M
-Kd for clone D3E7 is 6.3 X 10 E-08M
-These clones cross react with human, bovine, porcine insulin and proinsulin
Application: Detection of human insulin/proinsulin in two site enzyme
immunoassay. We recommend to use Mab clone D6C4 for coating and D3E7 MaB E6E5
for labeling . Sensitivity of such assay is less than
0.2ng/ml.
Clones D6C4 and D3E7 can be used in immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.
Safety: Although this antibody contains low amounts of sodium azide (0.1%),
appropriate care must be taken when using this product. Avoid use of metal
drains and flush with copious amounts of water.
