-suitable for neutralization (0.2-0.5ug/ml will neutralize 5% bioactivity due to 14ng/ml of rh IGF-II

-western blot: 1-2 ug/ml to visualzie approx 2ng/lane (non reducing) or 0.5ng/lane (reducing) with 2-3 hour RT incubation or overnight 4 DEG C with enhanced chemiluminescence detection

-Elisa: approx 0.5-1ug/ml
