Packaging: 200 micrograms lyophilized from whole serum.

Species: rabbit

Antigen: human recombinant IGFB-5 expressed in CHO cells

Purity: whole serum

Activity: specific for IGFBP-5 with less than 0.5% cross reactivity with IGFBP-1 and 4; less than 0.1% with IGFBP-2 and -3.

Applications: Immunocytochemistry: not tested

Western blot: dilute 1:100 to detect 20 ng SDS- denatured human IGFB-5 using alkaline phosphatase detection system.

Immunoprecipitation: dilute 1:500 to precipitate 50ng IGFBP-5.

Storage: Store at -20 DEG C .

AVOID FREQUENT FREEZE THAW CYCLES.

Reconstitute to desired concentration with sterile distilled water.
