Packaging: 200 micrograms lyophilized from whole serum.

Species: rabbit

Antigen: human IGFBP-4 purified from human glioblastoma tumor cell conditioned medium

Purity: whole serum

Activity: slight cross recativity (0.1-1%) with IGFBP-1,3 and 5; up to 50% cross reactivity with IGFBP-2; species reactivity include human, cow, mouse and pig.

Applications: Immunocytochemistry: not tested

Western blot: dilute 1:100 to detect 1 ng SDS- denatured IGFB-4 using alkaline phosphatase   detection system.

Immunoprecipitation: dilute 1:500

Storage: Store at -20 DEG C . AVOID FREQUENT FREEZE THAW CYCLES.

Reconstitute to desired concentration with sterile distilled water.
