Packaging: 200 ul lyophilized from whole serum.
Species: rabbit
Antigen: human recombinant IGFB-3 expressed in CHO cells
Purity: whole serum
Activity: specific for IGFBP-3 ; slight cross
reactivity (0.1-0.5%) with IGFBP-2 , 4 and 5, 2% cross reactivity with
IGFBP- 1, reactive with human, NON Reactive with cow, horse, pig or rat.
Applications:
Immunocytochemistry: dilute 1:500
Western blot: dilute 1:500 to detect 20 ng SDS- denatured IGFB-3 using alkaline phosphatase detection system.
Immunoprecipitation: dilute 1:1000
Storage: Store at -20 DEG C . AVOID FREQUENT FREEZE
THAW CYCLES.
Reconstitute to desired concentration with sterile distilled water.
