Packaging: 200 micrograms lyophilized from whole serum.

Species: rabbit

Antigen: BOVINE IGFBP-2 purified from MDBK cell conditioned medium

Purity: whole serum

Activity: specific for IGFBP-2 ; slight cross reactivity (0.1-0.5%) with IGFBP-1,3,4 and 5. Also reactive with Bovine, human, primates, rat, pig, horse, goat and sheep.

Applications: Immunocytochemistry: dilute 1:1000

Western blot: dilute 1:2000 to detect 1 ng SDS- denatured IGFB-2 using alkaline phosphatase detection system.

Immunoprecipitation: dilute 1:1000

Storage: Store at -20 DEG C .   AVOID FREQUENT FREEZE THAW CYCLES. Reconstitute to desired concentration with sterile distilled water.
