Species: rabbit

Antigen: human IGFBP-1 from amniotic fluid

Purity: whole serum

Activity: specific for human IGFBP-1, slight cross reactivity (0.1-0.5%) with IGFB-2, 3,4,5. Reacts with IGFBP-1 from human and primates. weak reactivity with rat and pig; does not cross react with cow, horse, goat or sheep.

Applications: Immunocytochemistry: dilute 1:2000

Western blot: dilute 1:1000  with enhanced luminescence detection

Immunoprecipitation: dilute 1:500

Storage: Store at -20 DEG C .

AVOID FREQUENT FREEZE THAW CYCLES.

Reconstitute to desired concentration with sterile distilled water.
