Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

packaging: 1mg of purified antibody in 1ml PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at 4 DEG C.

Purification: Protein A sepharose. Purity tested by electrophoresis.

Clones(isotype) 1C8 (mIgG)

derived from hybridization of SP2/o myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human albumin.

Specificity: -specific for human albumin. No cross reactivity with other human proteins tested. Does not react with bovine serum albumin and egg white albumin.

Application: Suitable for ELISA techniques or radiolabelling, purification of human serum albumin.

Safety: Although this antibody contains low amounts of sodium azide (0.1%), appropriate care must be taken when using this product. Avoid use of metal drains and flush with copious amounts of water.
