Application: Detection of IgM antibodies
Purification: Protein A Sepharose
Presentation: Each vial contains 1 mg of antibodies with concentration
mg/ml, in ml PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as
preservative. Store at 4 DEG C. Avoid repeated warming cycles.
Note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose
only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this
material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative.
Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be
taken when handling this product.
FOR IN VITRO RESEARCH USE ONLY
NOTE:Before Opening., Make sure Cap is tight and centrifuge for 1-2 minutes at 1000 RPM to concentrate antibody in bottom of vial. If desired, can add ul PBS with 0.1% NaN3 to yield a 1mg/ml stock.
