Clone: 52G1, 3C7 These clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with human IgG2 from myeloma patient serum.
Specificity:
Clone 52G1 specific to -2 epitope inside Fc fragment of human IgG2, Fc-region specific.
Clone 3C7 is hinge region specific.
Reactivity: No cross-reaction with human IgG1, IgG3, IgG4, IgA, IgM and IgE.
Mouse isotype: IgG1 for clone 3C7,
gG2a for clone 52G1
Application: Detection of IgG2 and antibodies of IgG2 subclass in ELISA.
Purification : Presentation: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis. Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4 °C.
Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
