Clone : 5A9, 3D3, CH1, 2A11 These clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with IgG from human serum.
Specificity : Class-specific for human IgG. No allotype restriction.Fc-region specific. Relatively high affinity.No cross-reactivity with human IgA, IgM, IgE.Clone CH1 - Fc-region specificClone 2A11 - Fab-region specific
Reactivity : Specific antibody titer is 1/100 000 by indirect ELISA
Mouse isotype : IgG for clones 5A9, 3D3IgG1 for clone CH1IgG2b for clone 2A11
Application : Detection of specific IgG antibodies and total IgG level
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4 °C.
Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
