Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Monoclonal mouse anti-human IgA1

This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a balb/c mice immunized with IgA from human colostrum.

Specificity: Alfa-1 subclass specific. Relatively high affinity No allotype restriction.

Reactivity: Specific antibody titer is 1/50 000 by indirect ELISA.

Mouse isotype: IgM

Application: Detection of IgA1 and antibodies of IgA1 subclass in ELISA. We recommend to use MoAb 14A/2B5 for labeling.

Purification: Globulin fraction salted out from ascitic fluid and reprecipitated in semisaturated ammonium sulfate solution.

Presentation: Each vial contains 1ml of antibodies with concentration 1mg/ml in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at 4 DEG C.

Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate are must be taken when handling this product.
