Clone : 3B7, 1H9, 5D8, 20G11, A909, AD3, AS2, AA5 These clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgA from human colostrum.
Specificity :
Clone 3B7 - IgA Fc region
Clone 1H9 - IgA Fc region
Clone 5D8 - secretory IgA alpha chain
Clone A909 - pan IgA
Clones AS2, AA5 - secretory IgA
Clone AD3 - Alpha chain of IgA1 + IgA2
Mouse isotype : IgG1 for clones 3B7, 5D8, A909, AS2, AD3 IgG2b for clone 1H9, AA5IgG2a for clone 20G11
Application : Recommended pair for detection of total IgA (pan IgA): coating-conjugate : 3B7 - 1H9, A909 - 1H9, 3B7 - A909. Recommended pair for detection of secretory IgA: 5D8 (coating) - 1H9 (conjugate) Clones 3B7 and 5D8 can be used in immunodiffusion and passive haemagglutination. Clone AS2 is working in Western blotting.
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4 °C.
Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
