ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

Anti-human IgG2  (see also clones 3C7 and 52G1)

Monoclonal Antibodies to Human IgG Subclass Antigens   (M-SERIES)

Product specification: mouse monoclonal anti-human IgG2

CAT#: RDI-M1326clb, new cat#: 10R-I114a PRICE: $534.75/vial

  also available HRP labeled cat#RDI-M1329clb  $462.00/vial 1ml

Lot#: 1326-05H03

Specificity: The monoclonal antibody was found specific for IgG2 in the following techniques:

-haemagglutination-inhibition experiments (1,2);

-indirect systems, such as RIA, immunofluorescence   and ELISA techniques (1-9).

Reactivity: The monoclonal antibody is directed against an epi tope on the Fab fragment of IgG2 molecules (1,9). The monoclonal antibody does not cross-react with IgG molecules of other species such as goat, horse, rabbit and sheep.

Applications:Detection of IgG2 molecules in indirect assays. Measurement of erythrocyte bound IgG2 antibodies. Useful as capture antibody in IgG2 subclass ELISA (2,7,8).

Clone: CDC clone HP 6014 (1,3).

This clone has been derived from immunization of a BALB/c mouse.

Mouse isotype: The monoclonal antibody is of the mouse subclass IgG1 kappa.

Source: Ascites fluid of tumor bearing BALB/c mice.

Purification:Monoclonal antibodies were purified from ascites using ion exchange chromatography.

Packing: Each vial contains 1 ml with antibody in 20 mM TRIS and 150 mM NaC1,pH 8.0.

Preservative:Merthiolate (0.001%).

Storage: Monoclonal antibodies should be stored below -18'C.Re peated thawing and freezing may reduce the antibody activity and should be avoided.
