SPECIFICITY This antibody is specific for the heavy chain of human immunoglobulin A and shows no cross-reactivity with intact human IgM or IgG, kappa or lambda light chains.
APPLICATIONS
*Immunohistological staining of IgA expressing cells in tissue sections
*Identification of surface IgA on B lymphocytes by indirect immunofluorescence
*Identification of solid phase IgA by ELISA
*Use as a solid phase "capture" antibody in twin site ELISA techniques
PRESENTATION The monoclonal is presented at a concentration of 2-8mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.
STORAGE For use within 1 month of purchase store at 2-8oC, for long term storage aliquot antibody into small volumes and store at -20oC.
