Immunological Activity: Was tested in Elisa and immunoblotting with anti-NSE antibodies
Presentation: Solution in 0.1M Tris-Hcl, 5mM Mg2SO4, 0.25M KCL, pH 5.1 adjusted with sodium phosphate. no preservative added.
Store -20 DEG C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Testing Starting material is tested and found negative for HIV 1 and 2 antibodies, Hepatitis B surface antigen and HCV antibodies.
Analysis NSE level assessed by Roche Elecsys. Product shows enolase activity with a phospho-glycerate substrate.Protein determined by method of Lowry and Optical Density at 280nm. SDS-PAGE shows a single band corresponding to a molecular weight of approx. 45kD.

These clones have been derived from hybridization of SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with purified neuron-specific enolase from human brain.

Reactivity:
Specific antibody titer in indirect ELISA is 1/1, 000.000 for all clones.
All antibodies work in ELISA.
The following pairs of our anti-NSE clones can be used to make an ELISA: 1C1 - 5A4, 1C1 - 5E2 and 1C1 - 5G10. According our data best results were obtained with MAb 5G10 direct coating and MAb 1C1-HRP conjugate. Sensitivity approx 2-5ng/ml
