Source: Human . Blood sample from the tissue donor was tested and found negative
for HBsAg, HIV-1 ,HIV-2 and HCV antibodies.
Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography, biospecific chromatography
Presentation: Lyophilized from 0.1M PBS pH 7.2 with 2.5% sucrose and 0.1%
NaN3. It is recommended that the product should be reconstituted in distilled
water.
Analysis: Purity more 99% according to SDS-PAGE Does not contain albumin,
antitrypisin or transferrin
Immunological activity confirmed by reaction with monoclonals which are specific
to human alphafetoprotein.
Storage: At -20'C in lyophilized form. After reconstitution the solution
should be aliquoted and stored at- 20'C. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.

These clones have been derived from hybridization of SP2/0 myeloma cells
with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with purified human
afetoprotein.
Specificity: MoAb do not cross-react with human albumin.
Mouse isotype: IgG2a for clone 4A3
IgG1 for clone 5H7
Application:
MoAb 4A3 and 5H7 can be used in two-site immunoassay for detection of human a-fetoprotein.In sandwich we recommend to use MoAb 4A3 for coating and MoAb 5H7 for labeling. BEST PAIR
MoAb 7H8 can be used only for affinity purification of human a-fetoprotein.
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.
Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains 1mg antibodies in 0.1ml (10.5mg/ml) PBS, pH 7.4,containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at +4C. SEE VIAl LABELS
