$1500.00/1mg $1250/mg 3+
Application: Human D-dimer (DD),a specific degration product of cross-linked
fibrin, can be used as a marker of venous thromboembolism for diagnosing
of deep venous Thrombosis of the lower limbs and pulmonary embolism
Source: Human plasma. Blood sample from the plasma donors was tested and
found negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, HCV.
Purification: D-Dimer was produced by streptokinase lysis of coagulated
fibrinogen and gel-filtered on Sephadex G-150.
Presentation: Presented freze-dried essential salt free. It is recommended that the product should be reconstituted in distilled water.
Analysis: Purity more 95% according to 7.5% SDS-PAGE and gel- scanning (Enchanced
Laser Densitometrer Ultroscan).
Immunological activity confirmed in commercial immunoassay (Diagnostica Stago).
Storage: At -20'C in lyophilised form. After reconstitution the solution
should be stored at- 20'C.

Purification: Protein A sepharose. Purity tested by electrophoresis.
Application: Suitable for ELISA techniques or western blotting
Safety: Although this antibody contains low amounts of sodium azide
(0.1%), appropriate care must be taken when using this product. Avoid use
of metal drains and flush with copious amounts of water.
All material is for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans
or animals-not for diagnostics. Not responsible for any patent infringements
for the use or derivation of these products.
Note: Upon receipt, tighten cap and centrifuge for 1-2 minutes at 1-2K RPM to concentrate antibody in vial. If desired, add 0.675ml PBS with 0.1% NaN3 to bring concentration to 1mg/ml.
