Source Material Expressed in Baculovirus produced in sf9 cells.

Composition  Specification Nominally > 96% by SDS-PAGE.

Testing  Analysis SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis shows a major band corresponding to molecular weight of 86 kDa. Total protein concentration determined by Bio-Rad protein assay >0.5 mg/ml. Western blot using celiac disease serum shows Positive reation.
