Source material: Components from seminal fluid and human serum.

Product presentation: Supplied as a frozen solution in 0.05M sodium phosphate buffer pH 7.5 containing 0.15M NaC1 and 0.1% NaN3.

Specification: 30-70% Purity.     0.75 - 3.0mg complex/ml.

Analysis: SDS-PAGE indicates the presence of the complex at a molecular weight of approx 95,000. Also visible is excess ACT at a molecular weight of approx 68,000. No free PSA is discernible.

Protein determination by the method of Lowry and OD 280nm.

Disease state testing: Starting material is tested and found negative for HIV 1 and 2 antibodies, Hepatitis B surface antigen and HCV antibodies. Serum is donor tested and found negative for HIV 1 and 2 antibodies, Hepatitis B surface antigen and HCV antibodies.

Storage: Below -15'C.
