Product presentation: Supplied as a 0.2mM filtered, frozen solution in 48mM sodium phosphate saline buffer pH 7.2 containing 0.2% NaN3.

Purity: Nominally greater than 99% of the protein is IgD.

Starting material: Human myeloma serum. Starting material tested and found negative for HIV I & II antibodies, Hepatitis B surface antigen, and Hepatitis C antibodies.

Storage: Store below -15°C, shelf life minimum 1 year.

Analysis Results

SDS-Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis. One band corresponding to IgD molecular weight.

2-D immunoelectrophoresis vs antiserum to whole normal human serum. Single arc corresponding to IgD.

Total protein concentration as determined by optical density at 280nm using E1cm = 1.3. 0.1% mg/ml (dispensing solution).

Ouchterlony Immunodiffusion. Immunological identity verified.
