Source material: Pooled Human serum/plasma.
Product presentation: Supplied lyophilised from 0.02M TRIS BUFFER pH 7.5.
Reconstitute with distilled water.
Specification: approx 90% Purity.
Analysis: SDS-PAGE shows one band only, corresponding to a molecular weight of
approx. 68,000. Quantitative (and qualitative) analysis by radial
immunodiffusion (RID).
Total protein determined by the method of Lowry OD 280nm
Disease state testing: Serum/plasma is donor tested and certified negative for
HIV 1 and 2 antibodies, Hepatitis B surface antigen and HCV antibodies.
