Presentation:   Supplied as a 0.2um filtered, frozen solution in 48mM sodium phosphate buffer pH 7.2 containing 0.2% sodium azide.

Testing Starting material is tested and found negative for HIV 1 and 2 antibodies, Hepatitis B surface antigen and HCV antibodies. Final Product PCR Tested.

Analysis One band only corresponding to IgE molecular weight of 188kD by SDS-PAGE. Single arc visible by Immunoelectrophoresis. Dispensed on the basis of total protein content by the method of Biuret. E280nm (1cm, 0.1%) =1.53

Storage Below -15°C. Stable at least 1 year. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles
