Presentation Single homogenous batch, supplied in 5mM Succinate buffer, comtaining 50% Glycerol, 1mM Dithioerythritol, 1mM EDTA pH 7.0 and 0.01M NaCl.

Source Material Human heart tissue. Starting material is donor tested and found negative for HIV 1 and 2 antibodies, Hepatitis B surface antigen and HCV antibodies.

Composition

Specification        Nominally >96% of the total protein is CKMB

Testing

Analysis Electrophoresis shows one band only corresponding to CKMB molecular weight of approximately 41KD. Total Protein as measured by Coomassie assay. Specific activity as determined by DADE Behring ACA.

Storage Store at 2-8ºC, shelf life minimum 1 year
