Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1.0ml distilled water or with 0.01M HCL
or 6M UREA. Solubility is limited at neutral pH and physiological salt
concentration.
USES: Standard in immunoassay, immunogen for antisera production, antigen
for iodination
Precautions: For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans
or animals or for diagnostics . All starting material were tested and found
negative for HBsAg and HIV-1 ,HIV-2 and HCV antibodies by an approved method.
However, all material should be handled at Biosafety Level II conditions
and treated as if capable of transmitting disease.
