Note: a small amount of settling may occur during storage. This is quite normal, especially for the larger unconjugated colloids. It is not harmful to the colloid and may be redispersed by agitation before use.

The colloids are not adjusted to any chosen pH value for shipment, the particles are suspended in water. There may be minute traces of reducing agent present. Users must determine their own pH values according to the proteins to be conjugated. See recommended protocol.
