LIGHT Microscopy Grade Gold
A light Microscopy grade (LM) gold conjugate of 5nm or a more universal 1nm grade gold conjugate may be chosen for either direct or indirect immunostaining of antigens in tissue sections, cell suspensions, cell smears/imprints, or by in-situ hybridization. LM grade or 1NM gold conjugates should be silver enhanced to amplify the signal.
