Electron Microscopy Grade Gold
Electron microscopy grade (EM) gold conjugates may be chosen for staining of antigens in tissue sections, cell suspensions, cell smears/imprints, or by in-situ hybridization. EM grade gold conjugates are highly concentrated and available in as many as seven particle sizes with narrow particle size distribution and low clustering frequency (typically 85% singlets ). EM grade gold conjugates can be silver enhanced for viewing by light microscopy. EM grade conjugates feature absorbances (520nm):5-10nm=3.0A; 15-20nm=4.0A; 30nm=5.0A & 40nm=7.0A
