RAT  INTERFERON GAMMA ELISA Kit

Sensitivity: <25 pg/ml (<0.25 units/ml). Assay range is between 0 and 2000 pg/ml.

Specifications: This kit quantitates rat interferon gamma using a sandwich immunoassay. (1,2) The kit is based on an ELISA with streptavidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) is the substrate. All reagents are supplied One pre-coated microtiter strip plate (96 wells) is included.


Since there is no international reference standard for rat interferon gamms, pg/unit values can only be approximated.(3) A typical standard curve for each lot and a microtiter plate worksheet are included with the procedure.


QUALITY CONTROL: Standard written procedures are followed in the preparation of all ELISA kits. Each group of ELISA kits is assigned a lot number. Sample kits from each lot are retained for periodic evaluation. Kits are guaranteed for six months from the date of shipment.
