Cell line: insect cells
Reconstitute: Recommend reconstitute with 0.5ml sterile DI water (50ug/ml
stock), Let set at least 30 minutes, gently mix. If desired can centrifuge 1
minute 1000rpm to concentrate material in vial.
Storage: Store -20 DEG C. Upon reconstitution, recommend storing working aliquots
at -20 to -70 DEG C in non-frost free freezer. Recommend keeping at >10ug/ml
unless adding additional carrier protein (as 0.1-1% BSA or serum containing
media).

-Purity >80% pure by SDS (Three bands are observed by SDS although a single band is observed after glycosidase treatment indicating heterogeneity in the suagr portion of this glycorpotein.
