Supplied: 5ug in 0.05ml (100ug/ml) sterile filtered Dulbecco's PBS, pH 7.2 with no preservatives and 1mg/ml Biotehcnology grade BSA. At first thaw, tighten cap and centrifuge for 1 minute 1000 rpm to concentrate material in vial. Store upright.

Storage: Store material at -80 DEG C prior to use. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles. Dilute with PBS or culture media containing NOT LESS THAN 1-10mg/ml BSA or HSA carrier. For in vitro biological assay use, we recommend carrier protein concentrations of 0.5-1mg/ml. Loss of activity will result if additional protein is not added to diluted material due to absorption to vial and stabilization effects on the cytokine. Use polypropylene containers for diluting material and for storage. -Do Not dilute to less than 50ug/ml for long term storage.
