Usage: Immunocytochemistry; Facs (titrate from 10ug/ml, 1-5ug/million cells)

PRESENTATION: Each monoclonal is delivered in a sealed vial at a concentration of 1 milligram of murine monoclonal antibody dissolved in 1ml of phosphate buffered saline containing 0.1% sodium azide. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.

Storage: Purified monoclonal antibodies are generally stable for period at 4 0C. However repeated warming to room temperature and re-cooling may result in loss of activity and hence working titre.
