Packaging: sterile filtered liquid formulation. The protein was frozen after
extensive dialysis in 0.65mg sodium citrate, 4.1mg sodium chloride and 55ug

Derivation: produced in CHO cells as a single polypeptide chain containing 165
amino acids and having a predicted molecular mass of 21,00 daltons
and apparent glycosylated molecular mass of 30,400 daltons. Purified by a proprietary
chromatographic technique. amino acid
composition in total agreement with the expected amino acid composition of
native human EPO
Solubility: very soluble in water and most aqueous buffers. Recommend diluting in sterile buffers containing suitable carrier protein as 1-3% BSA.
Purity: > 98% as determined by RP-HPLC, anion- exchange FPLC and analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver stained. <1% dimer and aggregates as determined by silver stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
Storage: Stable at 4 DEG C for up to 4 week. Recommend making working aliquots and store at -70 DEG C. At first thaw, Before opening, the tube should be centrifuged briefly at 4'C to concentrate the contents on the bottom of the tube. Dilute only in buffers containing protein such as 1% to 3% serum albumin.
