Clones: Clone EGF-2 This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant EGF

Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0,1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4 °C

50% stimulatory effect of 10ng EGF/ml on 3H thymidine uptake by
hepatocytes in primary culture.
