for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many

Immunogen: recombinant rat CNTF soluble receptor alpha
Reactivity: Rat (not tested with other species)
Applications: -Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 µg/mL
Western Blot: 0.1 0.2 µg/mL
Tested for Western blotting using recombinant rat CNTF soluble receptor alpha
ELISA: 0.5 -1.0 µg/mL
Dilutions listed as a recommendation. Optimal dilution should be determined by investigator.
Storage: Antibody can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20 ° C to -70 ° freezer for six months without detectable loss of acti vi ty. The antibody can be stored at 2 ° 8 ° C for 1 month wi thout detectable loss of activi ty.Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Application Notes
For immunohistochemistry, the antibody will detect CNTF soluble receptor alpha in cells or tissues with a working dilution of 5-15 µg/mL.
