Specificity: Reacts with human cytochrome P450 enzyme
CYP2A6 in hepatic microsomal fraction. Also shows
reactivity to CYP2B6 which occurs in only 20% of human liver cells.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide
Applications: Western blot Optimal working dilutions
must be determined by end user.
Storage/Handling: Maintain at -20'C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months.
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles
